Origin
Platforms expect creators to magically understand moderation rules, quality thresholds, and hidden signals that decide whether content gets pushed or buried. Most writers have no idea what actually happens behind the scenes, and the feedback they get is vague, inconsistent, or completely unhelpful. TextScore exists because creators shouldn't have to guess. The two-phase engine gives writers the same visibility platforms already have but never explain — and everything runs in the browser, so nothing leaves the session.
Key Systems
Three pillars — analysis, tools, and proof — designed so everything stays in the browser and works without signup.
Two-Phase Analysis Engine
Phase 1 runs structural checks — clarity, pacing, repetition, sentence balance, and flow. Phase 2 performs AI semantic evaluation — tone risk, contextual ambiguity, moderation triggers, and narrative coherence. 14 specialized analysis cards return a 0–100 score with clear risk levels, not vague advice. Results update in real-time as you edit.
Platform-Specific Intelligence
Analysis adapts to where you're publishing. Select X, Facebook, Medium, or Discord — each platform has different moderation thresholds, character limits, and algorithmic preferences. Shadowban risk, spam filter triggers, and content quality signals are calibrated per platform.
Text Utilities
11 browser-based writing tools — text cleaner, word counter, case converter, find and replace, duplicate remover, email/URL extractor, encoder/decoder, Markdown-to-HTML converter, slug generator, and more. Your text stays in the browser. Nothing is sent to any server.
Blockchain Proof
Timestamp your content on Bitcoin before you publish. TextScore generates a SHA-256 fingerprint of your text and anchors it to the blockchain — no account needed, no raw text leaves the browser. Only the fingerprint is sent. Verify any previously timestamped content against the chain at any time.
Deterministic Safety
Flags content issues that commonly trigger algorithmic downranking or manual review: sentiment volatility, topic risk, contextual ambiguity, and unexpected shifts in tone. The goal isn't censorship — it's giving creators the same visibility platforms already have but never explain. For a different approach, OpenWord removes the moderation layer entirely.
In Action
The editor — formatting toolbar, platform selector, and Sepia theme.
Full evaluation — 14 analysis cards, 0–100 score, risk levels per platform.
11 text utilities — clean, count, convert, extract. Everything stays in the browser.
Timestamp your content on Bitcoin. Prove you wrote it first.
How It Works
From raw text to scored report and blockchain proof. Four steps.
Write or Paste
Open the editor, select your target platform (X, Facebook, Medium, or Discord), and write directly or paste existing content. The formatting toolbar handles bold, italic, lists, and links. No account, no signup.
Phase 1 — Structural Analysis
Lightweight checks run instantly: clarity score, pacing analysis, repetition detection, sentence balance, and reading flow. These are deterministic — same input always produces the same result.
Phase 2 — AI Semantic Evaluation
Deeper analysis detects tone risk, contextual ambiguity, moderation triggers, spam patterns, and narrative coherence. The evaluation report returns a 0–100 score with individual cards for each dimension — shadowban risk, AI linguistic patterns, content quality, and more.
Proof & Publish
Once the text scores well, optionally timestamp it on Bitcoin. TextScore hashes your content with SHA-256, anchors the fingerprint to the blockchain, and gives you a verifiable proof of authorship. No raw text ever leaves the browser.
